From the first phone enquiry about my evaporative cooler to the repairing of the unit was excellent. My first comment was I didn't want to donate a kidney to fund the repair but after a short discussion and a couple of calls we had a price fixed and a date set. Yusuf arrived at exactly the time that he said he would and was a very Plesant person to deal with. I'm just glad for him it wasn't 45 degrees. Job was completed in no time at all the unit was cleaned and serviced and is running beautifully and quiet. After hearing positive feedback about this Company, I contacted them to quote for the replacement of an upper storey existing gas ducted heating unit & evaporative cooling system including all associated ducted work in top storey roof space. I have used Simply Air for over a decade now. They replaced an old evaporative cooling unit and then a gas ducted heating unit and just recently replaced both the above with a ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling system for my upstairs and a wall mounted reverse cycle heating/cooling unit for downstairs. We had 2 x 2.0 Kw and 1 x 2.5Kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Avanti Plus Air Conditioners installed in April 2023. Rod is a very pleasant person to deal with and uses very professional installers. I am a pretty fussy person and from the moment Nick and Ross arrived I could tell the installation was in good hands. Nick immediately put his jumper over the ladder to prevent any scratches where it touched the roof. This set the standard for the installation which was carried out to a level well above my expectations. They worked extremely hard all day and did it the way it "should" be done and not the way it "could" be done. Thank you for an amazing job. We have now turned off the Gas Central Heating and rely totally on Split Systems which has proved so far to be a great decision. I can also highly recommend the Avanti Plus Split Systems from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as they are quiet and have worked very well even when the outside temp was 2.1 deg C. The only reason I have not given 5 Stars even though the service from start to finish was excellent is the rather "Heavy Handed Letter" which arrived with our receipt stating that the units MUST be serviced every 2 years or the warranty would be void. Even though it may be a good idea to have them serviced regularly in certain circumstances it is certainly not a requirement from Mitsubishi HI. Rod was very apologetic for this and said he would change the wording for future installations. Thank you Rod, overall it was a very professional installation.

I first came across Walter and his team via referral 10 years back and have had Simply Air install air con/heating services in our home and other properties. More recently, we have come across rogue contractors who have intentionally attempted to fabricate problems that didn't exist going as far as telling us we need a completely new unit quoting us in the thousands. These contractors sit on the panel of real estate agents who they recommend, specifically now with the new legislative changes property owners are exposed to unethical behaviour and can be taken advantage of. On 2 recent occasions now I had requested the agent contact Simply Air for a 2nd opinion. Walter attended the properties and reported the initial diagnosis was incorrect and promptly fixed the issue, which was on both occasions minor, and at a fraction of the price we were quoted for a non existent problem. Yesterday I had a Daikin Inverter installed in my old mudbrick home which had some extensions added over past decades. It made installation challenging with textured walls, and different roof lines. However, Ross and Nick took up the challenge with enthusiasm. They applied ingenuity and the result is neat and the bricks and render are intact.Ross and Nick's father,Mark, arrived at the door first and said that the boys would arrive soon. Walter was always ready to answer my endless questions, and even sent a team to do a zoning change, free-of-charge, even after the installation has been completed. Also a shout-out to the installer Matt, and all the other people who were involved in the installation, they were really considerate to accommodate all of our requests. They wore masks all the time they were inside and even removed work boots when entering our house, which was something that we really did not expect from them.
