THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Simplyair were recommended to me by a friend, and boy am I glad that I made the call to get a third quote from these guys. Walter came out the next day from my call and he really listened to what my needs were. Unlike the competitors who tried to oversell me in getting a larger unit and other features, upon consulting with Walter, he reassured me that I did not need them and would be wasting my money on unnecessary “add-ons”.From quotation to the day of install, I had a range of follow-up questions and Walter was always just a text or phone call away; always taking the time to answer my endless questions and being ever so patient.Installation went smoothly and perfectly! The team of installers showed up on time, were professional, thorough and tidy.Post installation, I received the Certificate of Compliance within a few days, a copy of my tax invoice to complete my cash back offer and a follow-up call from Walter to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the work completed and the unit purchased is just another testament to the outstanding service provided by the team at Simplyair. I would like to show my appreciation to the team at SimplyAir. Gabby, Joslyn, Dimitri & Rod.My ducted heating (return duct) had collapsed, and the house was freezing cold (08/04 - 13/04, Some of the coldest days in April 2021). I was given the run around by another large company.The team at SimplyAir, from first contact to resolving the issue were sympathetic to my plight, organised a technician, resolved the issue in 15min and gave me advice on how to better design the heating layout to be more efficient.Kudos to Dimitri, the service technician, for the friendly service and advice.I will unreservedly recommend SimplyAir for all your Heating and Cooling needs.

We sought advice from Rod as to whether it would be better to service our old, but still working split system, or replace it. His advice was that given the age of the unit and the difficulty (and cost) of re gassing with an older type gas, it would be a better decision to replace with a slightly larger unit. We accepted that advice. Rod arranged a good price for the change over. The installation process by Mark and Nick was fantastic. They were most professional and certainly knew what they were about. They patched a couple of small holes in the inside and outside walls so well that they weren't noticeable, and they cleaned up after the installation, leaving the place spotless. Great guys to work with. Fully recommend Simplyair.

Special thanks to Dominic, he fixed our ducted heating which we have had been having issues for a few winters. As soon as he climbed in the roof he felt there was an issue immediately, one of the ducts had come away from the main downstairs vent and all the hot air was in the roof. So happy we now have a warm house.

Very happy to recommend Simply Air. We have an investment property and the existing (aged) unit broke down.The managing agent sent another company who initially quoted over $2k to repair and then recommended a low quality replacement for installation at a price that seemed exhorbitant (once I researched the brand which I had never heard of). So I called in to the Simply Air office for a chat about options and they estimated that they could likely install a Breezair unit for a similar price to that provided by the other company for what an obscure brand. I explained that our tenant was getting grumpy so they got right on to it. Outcome, a superior (and more powerful) Breezair unit for a less. They also picked up a roof leak and damaged sewer vent and let me know about those so we were able to also get them repaired before they turned into a major problem. We have also recommended Simply Air to our managing agent.

I recommend Simplyair to any one who is looking for advise on there heating and cooling systems. We had Rod come out to see our house and advise what system would best suit what we wanted and especially as summer was around the corner we needed aircon installed quickly. Rod and his team were great in communicating and explaining every step of installation on our new heating and cooling system. We even had the aircon installed sooner than expected which was amazing. Rod was prompt in replying to my request for quote. They came out two weeks later and installed. The two boys who installed were amazing. They cleaned up at the end of the day and you wouldn't know they had been here. The boys were so good with my Grandson who I had for the day. Would absolutely recommend Simply Air to anyone .

Simplyair is just brilliant!! We had a Daikin ducted air conditioning unit installed last week, and it is perfect. Walter and the team were excellent in providing the quote, recommending the unit and its location (in a difficult upstairs location) and setting up the installation. The installation team were equally brilliant and very professional. Two days after the installation we had 36 degree temperatures and the unit worked better than I could have imagined. The Daikin unit is also brilliant. Thank you Simplyair. Just Great.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I will use them every time!!!1. They helped me with hydronic heating last winter when I was doing reno's - and their advice (and price) was invaluable!2. Then, one massive power surge and a blown out hydronic boiler later- Walter assisted with everything required for my insurance claim without question.3. And, last week, the boys came to replace the boiler (best priced) and I was so impressed ... on time (early), super pleasant and respectful, and did a super job.You will not be disappointed - these guys walk the walk and talk the talk.

Just outstanding, simple as that. Have just gone through a reno with all the usual horror stories of workmanship and trade let downs that come with it. Simply Air were the shining lights throughout the whole process.They basically project managed all heating and cooling elements from day one, always keeping me updated on where they were at and constantly checking in with me to keep tabs on the build progress so that they were ready to go when needed. All issues that came up along the way were handled quickly with great flexibility even when they were the result of someone else's work.Could not recommend highly enough if you want a quality job done with all the stress taken out of it. Excellent communication and customer service which is so rare these days. Thanks again Walter and team, a real pleasure to deal with.

Top of the range !! We got ducted aircon put in.Great company to deal with. Rod, who came out and quoted made sense, gave good advice and was a pleasure to deal with. The job got done a few weeks later and it took a day or so. Troy and his team did the install, and I couldn't have met a more down to earth bunch of tradies,as honest as the day is long. They worked in mostly 38 deg heat. 2 things I'll never forget. 1- Tony showing up with his van on the back of a tow truck (he got a flat tyre on the way in)THATS DEDICATED! And 2- on the day of comletion and still a muggy 30 deg outside, my son in his room, working at his computer with a hoodie on.These guys deserve 10 stars, GREAT JOB WELL DONE.

Rod was very helpful and knowledgable when he came to check out the job, and provided a prompt estimate. The work was undertaken a couple of weeks later and the installation team were a model of courtesy and efficiency. We are very happy with the service we received from Simplyair my initial meeting with salesman Walter Albertini was professional and informative without any high pressure sales techniques,once we decided to go with this company the installation date and times were set they arrived on time with an electrician,plumber and installation crew as promised,all were very courteous,polite and professional and cleaned up after the installation leaving no mess.I was given comprehensive brief on how to work the Breezair system and get the best results from the unit.I recommend that anyone looking to purchase an evaporative air conditioning system to consider this company they were fantastic.

Fantastic and honest service. We had to replace the outdoor unit of a 20 year old bufalo. System heats very fast and energy bills have gone down considerably. Tradesman we're on time as I couldn't stay for long and the communication from Walter was excellent. Here's to the next 20 years of warm house!
