From the first phone enquiry about my evaporative cooler to the repairing of the unit was excellent. My first comment was I didn't want to donate a kidney to fund the repair but after a short discussion and a couple of calls we had a price fixed and a date set. Yusuf arrived at exactly the time that he said he would and was a very Plesant person to deal with. I'm just glad for him it wasn't 45 degrees. Job was completed in no time at all the unit was cleaned and serviced and is running beautifully and quiet. He shared a picture of a big spider inside the unit so I'm glad it was him and not me. hopefully you enjoy your big steak for dinner. Cheers and thank you for your great service

After hearing positive feedback about this Company, I contacted them to quote for the replacement of an upper storey existing gas ducted heating unit & evaporative cooling system including all associated ducted work in top storey roof space. From the initial meeting with Rod, his advice was spot-on and he took the time to discuss all options available & explain and answer all questions thoroughly.Just as importantly, his teams of installers, whether actual staff (Yuseff) or sub contractors (Brenton & Curtis), were terrific. Respectful, polite and very efficient in completing the job in a day. Very comfortable with them on-site.So happy with the initial job, then ask Rod to arrange an installation of additional reverse-cycle split system in a separate area. I have used Simply Air for over a decade now. They replaced an old evaporative cooling unit and then a gas ducted heating unit and just recently replaced both the above with a ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling system for my upstairs and a wall mounted reverse cycle heating/cooling unit for downstairs. We recently purchased 2 Daikin split system reverse cycle air-conditioners. I obtained 3 quotes, two of whom were more interested in making a sale, while Rod from Simplyair patiently advised which model best suited our described requirements and even suggesting the best location to install the bedroom unit. The added bonus was that their price beat the other quotes by a significant margin. We promptly agreed on an installation date.Nick the Simplyair installer had proved to be meticulous in his workmanship and even vacuumed up the dust/dirt particles as well as using wet-wipes to remove any finger prints of the indoor units. A thoroughly competent tradesman who takes pride in his work. We even forgave him for his 3 failed appointments WITHOUT prior advice.Rod maintained a constant and timely update on all progress. Simplyair were a real pleasure to do business with and we whole- heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for good value anda competent transaction.

I look for and appreciate good service, and workmanship.I found Walter to be excellent in his communications in arriving at my extensive zoned ducted heating system upgrade.The old was completely removed system, and the new installation proceeded on schedule without a hitch thanks to an excellent team of guys. All mess was removed from site.Could not be happier with the final result. So much so, I went on to ask Walter to replace my in-roof evap cooler ducting which had deteriorated after 35 yrs. Walter made ducting design changes which resulted in greatly improved air flows to some previously poor outlets. A great result.Simplyair tick all the boxes.

We had 2 x 2.0 Kw and 1 x 2.5Kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Avanti Plus Air Conditioners installed in April 2023. Rod is a very pleasant person to deal with and uses very professional installers. I am a pretty fussy person and from the moment Nick and Ross arrived I could tell the installation was in good hands. Nick immediately put his jumper over the ladder to prevent any scratches where it touched the roof. This set the standard for the installation which was carried out to a level well above my expectations. They worked extremely hard all day and did it the way it "should" be done and not the way it "could" be done. Thank you for an amazing job. We have now turned off the Gas Central Heating and rely totally on Split Systems which has proved so far to be a great decision. I can also highly recommend the Avanti Plus Split Systems from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as they are quiet and have worked very well even when the outside temp was 2.1 deg C. The only reason I have not given 5 Stars even though the service from start to finish was excellent is the rather "Heavy Handed Letter" which arrived with our receipt stating that the units MUST be serviced every 2 years or the warranty would be void. Even though it may be a good idea to have them serviced regularly in certain circumstances it is certainly not a requirement from Mitsubishi HI. Rod was very apologetic for this and said he would change the wording for future installations. Thank you Rod, overall it was a very professional installation.

I first came across Walter and his team via referral 10 years back and have had Simply Air install air con/heating services in our home and other properties. More recently, we have come across rogue contractors who have intentionally attempted to fabricate problems that didn't exist going as far as telling us we need a completely new unit quoting us in the thousands. These contractors sit on the panel of real estate agents who they recommend, specifically now with the new legislative changes property owners are exposed to unethical behaviour and can be taken advantage of. On 2 recent occasions now I had requested the agent contact Simply Air for a 2nd opinion. Walter attended the properties and reported the initial diagnosis was incorrect and promptly fixed the issue, which was on both occasions minor, and at a fraction of the price we were quoted for a non existent problem. I give Simply Air 5 stars for their ethical and honourable practices as not only have they saved us thousands they have given us piece of mind we have honest and reliable contractors who have their clients genuine interests at heart in an overwhelming line of work. We had another provider come and quote and then when I chased up their quote, said it was just too difficult. However Simply Air came and quoted, confirmed it was difficult but that it could be done. Yesterday I had a Daikin Inverter installed in my old mudbrick home which had some extensions added over past decades. It made installation challenging with textured walls, and different roof lines. However, Ross and Nick took up the challenge with enthusiasm. They applied ingenuity and the result is neat and the bricks and render are intact.Ross and Nick's father,Mark, arrived at the door first and said that the boys would arrive soon. They all had masks but when doors were opened up and there was plenty of air flow through the house we all discovered that we were double vaccinated and the boys could work unencumbered.Nick and Ross are excellent tradesman whom I would highly recommend and having their father appear at the end of the job to check all was well demonstrated the excellent and professional service Simplyair provides..

Walter and the team from the Simplyair was really professional through out the process, from quotation to installation, I am really happy with how they have done it. Walter was always ready to answer my endless questions, and even sent a team to do a zoning change, free-of-charge, even after the installation has been completed. Also a shout-out to the installer Matt, and all the other people who were involved in the installation, they were really considerate to accommodate all of our requests. They wore masks all the time they were inside and even removed work boots when entering our house, which was something that we really did not expect from them. If you are after a new AC/Heater, just give them a call.
